These are the settings you should be using for windows, defender, and antivirus settings. Carefully review the images below and make sure the settings on your pc match.

If you are having issues with virtualisation errors try the fixes below

DELETE: c:\windows\system32\drivers\gdrv3.sys

Also if you are using an Nvidia graphics card open up the Nvidia Geforce Experience app and turn off the Nvidia Overlay. If the button is green then the Overlay is on as seen in the image below.
